Due to State and City temporary regulations, we can not schedule property pre-viewings at this time.

If you decide that you need to start the moving process under these circumstances, we have implemented a temporary process in order be able to assist your needs.

Our office is close to the public, but our staff keeps working remotely in order to keep conducting our business as normal as possible.

Process to screen new applicants (NO EXCEPTIONS):

1.- See our available listings on line, read all the information and if after reading the information you still have questions, feel free to call our office at 866-768-2616

2.- Drive by the area / neighborhood to make sure that you like the area and the exterior of the property NOTE: Do not trespass, don’t try to access the back yard or the police will be called by the neighborhood watch.

3.- After asking the questions and driving by the house, if you are still interested in applying, go ahead and submit the online rental application with the supporting documentation, DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE.

4.- If you are pre approved, you will be contacted by our office in order to schedule a private showing for you to see the interior of the property, please observe the social distancing with the staff member that will show you the property .

5.- After seeing the property, if you decide that you want to move forward with the rental process, you will be asked to pay for the application fee online, your credit and any other adult (18+ years old) applying for the property will be run. If the credit meets the rental criteria we will request  holding deposit and will move forward with contracts.

6.- Contracts will be signed via DocuSign (electronically)

7.- We will set up an appointment at our office to deliver keys and receive full deposit and first month rent. Please practice social distancing. Depending on the negotiated move in date you might be required to provide the security deposit and sign a holding agreement prior to receiving possession.
